What to settle before an IT/OT cutover

Most cutover trouble is visible earlier than the weekend of the move. The useful questions are plain. Who can stop the work? Which dependency belongs to a supplier rather than the internal team? What does the operational site do if the new path is not ready?

Write those answers into the plan while discovery is still open. A list of tasks is not the same thing as a decision route. Name the person who accepts residual risk, the evidence that says the site can run, and the point at which the old service is actually withdrawn.

If those three are still vague, the next step is still advisory or delivery planning. Tooling and hypercare will not invent them on the night.
