Centrally Managed is the trading name of Diamond IT Ltd. This note describes what this website does with personal information.

Enquiries

The contact form asks for your name, work email, organisation, an optional telephone number, an area of interest, and a description of your challenge. It also asks you to confirm that you understand the enquiry will be emailed so we can reply.

A successful enquiry is sent by email to Centrally Managed. It is not saved as a page or a record in the website database. If the form has errors, the details you typed are held on the server for up to 15 minutes so they can be shown again, then deleted. A count of form attempts from a network address may be kept for up to an hour to limit abuse. That count is stored as a hash, not as the text of your enquiry.

Email after that point is handled in the mailbox that receives it. Questions about an enquiry can be sent through the contact form.

Cookies

The public site does not set analytics or marketing cookies unless a measurement ID has been added in the site settings and you choose Accept analytics. Until that choice, no analytics tag is loaded.

If you accept, a cookie named cm_analytics remembers that choice. If you reject, the same cookie records the refusal and no analytics tag is loaded. The cookie is kept for about six months. WordPress may set a login cookie for people who sign in to edit the site. The public enquiry form does not require an account.

What this site does not do

It does not sell enquiry data. It does not embed advertising. It does not publish confidential staffing plans. Vendor names on the technology pages are not a statement that a contract, certification or exclusive partnership exists.
